Not much new here from last month. Detached Homes still holding it's own as a flood of inventory is just not happening. Can't say the same for attached homes and apartment homes though. Simple logic tells us it's much easier to throw up a few buildings and you can flood the apartment market. Much harder to flood the detached home market because it takes a lot more land for 1,000 detached homes than it takes for 1,000 apartments.
