Calgary Home Sales Report - Overall Supply & Demand of Calgary Real Estate

Looking at the Calgary Home Sales Chart below you see several months above and below 33%. When less than 33% of listings sell on a monthly basis it is considered a home buyers market. When more than 33% of properties sell it is considered a home seller's market. This chart is for the overall market and it clearly shows we are in a seller's market. However when we separate out detached homes, attached homes and condos it becomes clear that the detached home market is skewing the numbers due to the strong seller's market in Calgary for detached homes. The overall Calgary Home Market does not accurately reflect the different segments of the Calgary Real Estate Market. Contact us for stats that are meaningful to your unique situation.
