Calgary Condo Sales Stats Report

Condo Sales in Calgary lag behind detached homes and attached homes. Condo Fees and Condo Boards scare a lot of people off condos. A buyers market is when less than a third of all listings sell on a monthly basis. Condo sales vs listings reached a high of 23% in two of the past 12 months. Not a good sign for condo sellers, but condo buyers are loving it!. We expect the Calgary Condo Market to favour buyers for a long time. Condo builders can and do flood the market because condo buildings require so little land compared to detached or attached homes. It's a condo buyers market, but buyers need to be prudent in their selections and dig deep looking for potential costly issues and surprises!
