Willow Park was two separate communities until the City of Calgary did away with all communities that had Estates in the name. Willow Park Estates with its larger more expensive homes is now just Willow Park as well. You can live in Willow Park for under $200k or live beside the golf course for over a million. When this area was built the houses were getting bigger along with some of the lots. This is another favourite area for renovators because of the solidly built homes in need of updating.
