"The Unfair Advantage" For Calgary Real Estate Investors.
Wouldn't it be great to know whether you are paying too much or selling too cheap? While we don't have a crystal ball that reveals the future, we do have the past history for every home sold through the MLS® System. Using the Calgary Housing Data, we can take a look back and make a reasonable guess. Every Calgary Community has its own unique history. Using that unique history, we create a profile chart like the one below that clearly shows the Buying Zone, Selling Zone, and Zone of Opportunity.
When you are ready to Buy, Sell, or Invest In Calgary Real Estate, choose to work with a Realtor® (Jerry Charlton) that can provide you with the Calgary Home Sales Data that will help you make decisions that let you sleep at night!
Calgary Home Sales - Supply & Demand for Housing in Calgary
Total Calgary Home Sales include three separate home types. The three types are Detached Homes, Attached Homes and Condos. Each Home Type separately may or may not tell a different story. Most of 2021 was a Sellers Market for Detached Homes, a Balanced Market for Attached Homes and a Buyers Market for Condos. The City of Calgary is also divided into the four quadrants of North West, North East, South West and South East sections. Each quadrant of the City of Calgary will have different stats for total home sales and styles of homes. Calgary is also home to over 200 separate communities that will also have very different stats. Acadia, as an example, might be a seller's market for detached, attached and condos.
