Every Calgary Community has a highest price paid recently and a lowest price paid recently. Each community also has a cluster of sales with prices in a range based on size of the property. That is what these charts show you. Homes on the market now or have sold recently that are above or below the most common price range have something special about them or nothing special and probably need some work.

The purple dots are Sold Homes. The red triangles are Homes For Sale Today. Charts are updated daily.
