That means no "Subject To Home Inspection" or "Subject to Financing" or "Subject to "Condo Documents Review" or "Anything Else". There are no Un-Attached Goods like appliances included in the Offer to Purchase. If appliances are in the home at the time of the sale, they will most likely be there on possession day, but are not guaranteed to be there by the sellers. Banks and courts do not view these properties in person, so the contracts are written for their protection.
